Young Holiday – Holiweek EP Cameroon is flooding with new artists here and there. Some of these artists have so much drive that we start wondering if they’re human or partially alien. Young Holiday is one of those artists that can talk wisdom even in bed, his songs pass strong messages about hate and competition. He is one of those artists that appreciate competition instead of fearing it, as is the case with many other artists. Vanilla tunes artist, Young Holiday, released Holiweek EP on November 20, 2017. The EP consists of 7 tracks, with each track striking right deep into the soul. Young Holiday explains his passion, drive, and obstacles in this project. It’s a summary of his life in 7 tracks lasting thirty-one minutes, six seconds (31:06). August 29th explains his struggle in pushing through with his music, the difficulties facing young artists because of the negative ideas, critics spread on a daily. Young Holiday says “You need for know the pain for write your music, then pay for record, then play am for man make yi listen, then yi say the track day bon, but this music thing no di pay for here. You need for find na way for write ENSET or buy ENAM or find your way for go etats.” Gush!!! That’s regressive. The Holiweek EP came along with features, we had DIH and ABZed, Ghetto Prince, BB Prince, Zita Light, Watagwan and Benny Clancy.
