BLUEPRINT HAKEEM RELEASES NEW EP TITLED DISCIPLE MUSIC EP
Blueprint Hakeem Disciple Music EP:
The NEBANGU MUZIK rapper who recently merged with L.O.U.D ENTERTAINMENT for management, dropped a bombshell on his fan-page yesterday when he made the official announcement of his third studio project titled DISCIPLE MUSIC EP. The news was met with lots of positive reviews and like promised he dropped the first download links to the 6 track digital release, a few minutes after 6pm CAT today October 6th and it has ever-since been the talk of music lovers and fans all over. Lots of media personalities and critics were quick to leave reviews with some reviews actually making the headlines.
“He drops only bars and prints on your chest like bullets. Blueprint Hakeem is one of my first choices from kamer rappers”. *G-Neth* (Media personality).
It is totally understandable for a critic to rate the artist that high. His art speaks for itself and is a clear standout in the music industry.
Earlier today he released the first official single from DISCIPLE MUSIC titled “Putam 4 ma Kwa” which didn’t fail to impress as a perfect prelude to the EP. Though somewhat a controversial track that features namedropping of some household names, rapper Blueprint Hakeem has come out to state his stance as being purely motivated by his love for the art of rap and has no particular issues nor is it his intention to spark a feud with any artist or personality.
The project features an emotional verse on track 1 dedicated to the memory of Gee Reign who passed away earlier this year.
The EP is a gift from the Bamenda-based wordsmith and touches almost every situation plaguing our society today including most especially the state of crisis in the two Anglophone regions of Cameroon which he breaks down on the track titled “No More Mondays”.
Blueprint once again demonstrates why he stands the challenge for the very top of the rap game with this latest project that boasts of diverse and well-crafted rhymes and lyrics with his adaptability being an extra advantage as he helps every single beat-type selected for this project. He actually makes rapping look too easy. We couldn’t help but recognize a few fans whose remarks were quite stellar after their first few experiences with the DISCIPLE MUSIC EP. A quote from a friend and fan Aziseh reads, “When he releases a pidgin track, you think he doesn’t know English. When he releases an English project, you think he doesn’t know pidgin”. This is solely due to his ability to switch flows and drop grade A lyrical exercises in either language with such ease further manifesting his grip and mastery of the art of rap.
Production credits for the EP is given to the likes of DJ HOPKINS, GEE REIGN, BLAHK SANTA, KUMI and American producer YOUNG R.J whose masterstrokes of sound engineering have blessed us with the sound on the DISCIPLE MUSIC EP .
